The document repository can be set up for both manual upload, as well as through API/watched folder(s) that provide an data onramp from your equipment / tools (e.g. copiers, scanners, fax servers, automated reports, etc.)

Upon review completion, the manager has attested to its accuracy, and a help desk ticket – with associated changes – is automatically generated.
